Imperial and Metric
Easy to follow visual & written instructions
I opted for the hi-low tunic version for my first Clover. I did the mid-length sleeve and added ruffles. I did shorten the ruffles 2″ just for personal preference. I cut the night before saving on time. I was able to sew this up before waking my oldest for school. It is a fairly quick sew, took me just under 50 mins.
In my opinion this is a great beginner friendly design. The instructions are very clear and the pattern pieces wonderfully labeled. I know I’m a “skipper over,” so if you’re like me… you like having everything you need all in one place. Each design, within the pattern piece section offers a cutting chart if any future smaller cutting is required. Making it more convenient.
I used Bound Humanity from Art Gallery Fabrics and I must say the drape is AHHmazing! It is an older print but I have been hoarding it for quite some time. If you are interested in finding s’more Art Gallery Fabrics, Phat Quarters has beautiful prints and solids, here!
